1. Product information
We do our best to keep product descriptions, photos, specifications, and availability accurate. Each shell is SLA printed and assembled by hand. Some minor blemishes are a byproduct of the printing process and will not affect usage or feel.
The Marmoset is sold as a complete, assembled mouse. Accessories such as the 4K wireless dongle are sold separately.
2. Shipping and delivery
Standard shipping within the United States is free. If international shipping is available, its cost will be shown at checkout. International customers may also need to pay local duties or taxes.
We will ship by the date shown when the order is placed. If an order is delayed, we will email an updated date and give the customer the option to wait or cancel for a full refund.
3. Seven-day returns
A return can be requested within seven days after delivery for a full refund of the product price, no questions asked. Contact [SUPPORT EMAIL] or open a Discord support ticket for return instructions.
Refunds are sent to the original payment method after the returned mouse is received. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
